Kotak Mahindra Trustee Co. has announced the resumption of issuing units of the Kotak Small-Cap Fund, effective from July 2, according to a company notice.
The boards of Kotak Mahindra Trustee Co. and Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Co. (the AMC) have decided to reopen subscriptions for the Kotak Small Cap Fund. This includes fresh subscriptions through lump sum investments, regular investment plans, and transfer plans.
The notice specified that systematic investment plans (SIP), systematic transfer plans (STP), frequency, and other special products for Kotak Small Cap Fund units will be accepted starting July 2.
Previously, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund had temporarily restricted the subscription of units, including switch-ins, into the Kotak Small Cap Fund from March 1, 2024.
